Jon Souriya SMS program
If you opt in, Jon Souriya may send SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Service texts include replies to real estate inquiries, appointment and showing reminders, and updates about services you request. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, messages may include property opportunities, market updates, and real estate promotions. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
How you opt in
Enter your mobile number on our contact form, select the optional checkbox for the type of texts you want, and submit your inquiry. When the form prepares an email, you must send that email to deliver your inquiry and consent choices. The service-text and marketing-text choices are separate and unchecked by default. Merely providing your number, agreeing to website terms, or requesting services does not enroll you in text marketing.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You may request services without opting in to either type of text. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Tell us if you change or give up that number.
Message frequency & costs
Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, and selected communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received under your carrier plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from the program to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation text, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also request removal by emailing [email protected] or calling (612) 998-1826. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from contacting Jon or requesting services.

Delivery & carrier information
